冠状病毒的名称来源于拉丁语corona，意思是“冠”或“花环”，指的是由刺突蛋白沿着外表面产生的病毒冠状外观。这些包膜病毒的单链RNA基因组约为26至32 kbp，是RNA病毒中最大的一种。这些病毒利用其表面刺突蛋白与靶细胞结合，将其RNA插入靶细胞，并迫使其产生病毒拷贝。Aurorabiolabs提供SARS-CoV-2主要蛋白酶、SARS-CoV-2 Mpro Assay Kit、SARS-CoV-1/SARS-CoV-2 Mpro substrate (1 mg)等一系列相关产品。

二、细胞因子与生长因子

三、药物靶点蛋白

四、苹果酸酶

苹果酸酶利用NAD+或NADP+作为辅因子催化苹果酸氧化脱羧为丙酮酸。这些蛋白质具有广泛的用途，包括但不限于，蛋白质结合分析、小分子抑制剂筛选、蛋白质印迹、ELISA、结晶和共结晶研究、激酶底物和人类抗原研究。Aurorabiolabs主要提供Recombinant Human Malic enzyme 1 (ME1)、Recombinant Human Malic enzyme 2 (ME2)、Recombinant Human Malic enzyme 3 (ME3)。

ARN-509是一种选择性和竞争性雄激素受体抑制剂，IC50为16 nM，可用于治疗前列腺癌症。Enzalutamide是一种雄激素受体拮抗剂药物，由Medivation制药公司开发，用于治疗转移性去势耐药性前列腺癌症。
