(25升浓缩5ox)储存:室温
pH值为7.8-8.0的50倍浓缩三醋酸盐EDTA缓冲液(TAE)已优化用于核酸琼脂糖凝胶电泳。每49体积蒸馏水或去离子水中加入1体积的缓冲液,以制备1x工作电泳缓冲液。根据需要为电泳装置准备缓冲液。
