血小板功能试剂

ABP血小板功能试剂用于鉴定血小板功能正常和异常，定量血小板活性并确定患者对抗血小板药物治疗的反应。ABP试剂还用于执行瑞斯托霉素辅因子测定以评估和确认冯维勒布兰德因子（vWF）的问题。

 

TRAP-6

ABP的TRAP-6是一种合成的六肽，可以独立于受体切割激活凝血酶受体。TRAP-6可作为血小板激活剂的替代物，因为它比凝血酶容易标准化和稳定。

TRAP-6可用于检测Gp11b / 111a拮抗剂如Reopro，Aggrastat或Integrillin的作用。

TRAP-6是用缓冲液和稳定剂冻干制备1mM TRAP-6。
