罗丹明醛是一种活性荧光染料,可与胺、肼或羟胺反应。 醛基对 pH 5-9 的胺、酰肼或羟胺基具有反应性。 与胺反应性琥珀酰亚胺酯基团 (NHS) 不同,醛可以在酸性 pH 下与 N 端胺基反应,某些生物偶联反应有时需要这种条件。 醛与胺基反应形成中间席夫键。 用氢化物进一步还原将形成稳定的 C-N 键。 醛和其他基团之间的反应允许荧光素染料在目标分子上的所需位置进行位点特异性结合和标记。 罗丹明染料可以在 TRITC 或 Cy3 通道下通过普通荧光仪器轻松检测。

TAMRA 染料 qPCR 校准板可用于校准和维护配备快速 96 孔模块的 7500 实时 PCR 系统。 对于大多数 qPCR 仪器,必要的校准应至少每六个月进行一次。该校准板可以立即使用,无需任何额外的准备步骤。 qPCR 校准板可以通过更准确地表示实时实验中使用的荧光光谱来改善多路复用的 qPCR 结果。
