ReadiUse GeneRuler 1 kb DNA Ladder是即用型DNA Ladder。 它由14个单独的DNA片段组成：25k，10k，8k，6k，5k，4k，3k，2.5k，2k，1.5k，1k，750、500和250 bp，它们是从PCR产物混合物中提取并经过专门消化的质粒DNA。 该产品包含两个增强的频段（3 kb和1 kb），以方便参考。 此外，还添加了两种示踪染料，即二甲苯腈FF和溴苯酚蓝，它们可模拟电泳过程中4,000 bp和500 bp dsDNA的迁移，以进行实时检测。
