 HM1147（TX69克隆）是抗小鼠CLM-5的单克隆抗体，该分子也称为MAIR-IV，LMIR4或CD300ld1，是与髓样相关的免疫球蛋白样受体家族（MAIR，CD300）的成员。CD300受体家族是属于Ig超家族的进化保守受体家族，主要通过髓系谱系表达。在小鼠中，已经报道了九个成员具有不同的命名系统，例如髓样相关的Ig样受体（MAIR），白细胞单Ig样受体（LMIR），DC衍生的Ig样受体（DIgR）和CMRF -35样分子（CLM）。CD300分子通过与衔接子分子（例如PAD12，DAP10和FcRγ）相互作用而充当激活或抑制受体。CLM-5优先在外周血，骨髓中的Gr-1 + / Mac-1 +中性粒细胞上表达，腹腔和脾脏。在Mac-1 + / Gr-1 +巨噬细胞和CD11c +树突状细胞中也发现了它。它的表达受TLR配体LPS和鞭毛蛋白的调节。与带有基于酪氨酸的免疫受体的活化基序（ITAM）的适配器FcRγ结合，CLM-5介导嗜中性粒细胞的活化信号，从而在先天免疫中发挥重要作用，例如诱导促炎性细胞因子TNF-a和IL-6。
