特异性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies  directed against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology3.

 

制备 :  抗体是杂交瘤细胞上清通过G-Sepharose纯化所得，内毒素含量小于 0.0025 EU/µg

保存和运输：4度保存和运输，保质期为6个月 ，无菌保存不含防腐剂，分装保存-20度zui少可以保存一年以上，但请避免反复冻融

使用方法: 按动物体重注射抗体  量为2 µg抗体/g动物体重60分钟内可以去除血小板95%以上，建议每次注射100-200µL抗体（用无菌PBS稀释）。

血小板(Blood platelet)是哺乳动物血液中的有形成分之一，是从骨髓成熟的巨核细胞胞质裂解脱落下来的具有生物活性的小块胞质。血小板稀释液作用原理是血液经适量的稀释液稀释，混匀后充入计数池内，在显微镜下计数一定体积内血小板数量，换算求出每升血液中血小板的数量。该血小板稀释液仅用于科研领域，不用于临床诊断。
