荧光素酪胺是一种绿色荧光试剂,广泛用于 IHC、ICC、FISH 和多色 FISH 中的酪胺信号放大 (TSA)。 HRP 催化多个酪胺分子的局部沉积(催化报告物沉积,CARD),将荧光素酪胺与相邻的酪氨酸结合以增强荧光信号。 在相同条件下,iFluor 488 PSA是具有更高灵敏度和更快反应速度的替代品。 此外,iFluor 488 的光稳定性要好得多,可以耐受更宽的 pH 范围。
