一、试剂盒

1.ELISA试剂盒：检测物种齐全，包括人、小鼠、大鼠、牛、兔、鸡、猪、猴、山羊、绵羊、犬、豚鼠以及稀有的马、鱼、猫、仓鼠、驴、鸭、鸽子、骆驼、鹅、植物等。

2.CLIA试剂盒：将具有高灵敏度的化学发光测定技术与高特异性的免疫反应相结合，用于各种抗原、半抗原、抗体、激素、酶、脂肪酸、维生素和药物等的检测分析技术。通常选择CLIA试剂盒来定量复杂样品中的低浓度分析物。MyBioSource可提供1000多种CLIA试剂盒。

3.PCR试剂盒：MyBioSource可提供1000多种PCR试剂盒，用于传染病、动物病原体、肿瘤检测、遗传疾病以及监测与器官y植相关的病原体。许多试剂盒符合ISO13485和CE标准，且与大多数品牌的实时PCR检测系统兼容。

产品描述 :Intended Uses This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human IL-35 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to IL-35. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for IL-35 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain IL-35, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of IL-35. You can calculate the concentration of IL-35 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
