简要概述

ReadiUse 100 bp DNA Ladder是一种即用型DNA Ladder。 ReadiUse 100 bp DNA Ladder由12个单独的DNA片段组成:3k,1.5k,1k,900、800、700、600、500、400、300、200和100 bp,它们来自PCR产物和经过专门消化的质粒的混合物脱氧核糖核酸。 该产品包含两个增强的频段(1.5 kb和500 bp),以方便参考。 此外,还添加了两种示踪染料,即二甲苯氰基FF和橙G,它们在电泳过程中模拟了4,000 bp和50 bp dsDNA的迁移,用于实时检测。
