ACTOne检测原理
ACTOne技术是同类产品中一个以高通量格式提供细胞内cAMP变化的实时信息而无需细胞裂解步骤的技术。该测定法可用于含有专有外源环核苷酸门控（CNG）通道的细胞系。该通道被升高的细胞内cAMP水平激活，导致离子通量（通常可由钙反应性染料检测到）和细胞膜去极化，而荧光膜电势（MP）染料可以检测到。ACTOne cAMP分析可通过FLIPR或荧光酶标仪读取细胞内cAMP变化的终点和动力学。这是一种简单的均相测定法，仅涉及染料和化合物的添加步骤，可轻松在高通量环境中实施。
