MCCOY’S 5A

产品简介：1959, McCoy等报道了体外培养Novikoff Hepatoma细胞所需的氨基酸。他们在基本培养基5A的基础上通过调整加入氨基酸的量产生了MCCOY’S 5A的配方。随后Hsu 和Kellogg 使用这种培养基成功培养了一系列来源于多种组织的原代细胞，这些组织包括正常骨髓（bone marrow）、皮肤（skin）、牙龈（gingiva）、 睾丸（testes）、小鼠肾脏（mouse kidney）、网膜（omentum）、 肾上腺（adrenal glands）、肺（lung）、脾脏（spleen）、大鼠胚胎（rat embryos）及其它组织。

该产品含有25mM的HEPES。
